Return & Refund Policy

At Stadium Society, each order is prepared especially for you. Because many of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the item and the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

Please review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering. Because products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the incorrect size is ordered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Made-to-order or customized products
Personalized items
Items purchased on final sale
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us so we can review the situation.
